Who is the ministry setup for
Where can a member of your church go if they have questions or need guidance the Pastor doesn't have the skills to answer?
Most people will choose or seek out a ministry based on their thinking and current needs. Over time their needs will change. If the ministry is not setup to address those needs, the growth of the person could be affected or if it's a burning need then they will go elsewhere.
